Family Tip Sheet
Your
Family’s Museum, a tip sheet on how to make
a visit to the Museum work well for you and your
family, is available at the Education Station
near the front door of the atrium.
Family
Fun Guides and Gallery Searches
Pick
up a specially designed guide to help you and
your family navigate your way through the Museum
in a meaningful and fun way. Chock full of images,
fun facts, activities, and information, Family
Fun Guides make the artwork more accessible for
the entire family, and your visit to the Museum
more enjoyable and relaxing. You could also try
the gallery
searches for a change of pace. Family Fun
Guides are available at the Education Station
near the front door of the Atrium.
Backpack
Program
On
weekends during Museum hours, pick up a backpack
near the Education Station at the atrium entrance.
The backpacks contain fun and educational activities
that families can do together in the galleries.
Children can earn a backpack patch for their school
backpack.
Art Classes & Camps
Students
ages six and up may enroll in camp
to experience drawing, painting, printmaking,
pottery, and science, all inspired by our collections
and exhibitions. |
